How should west respond to potential (likely) Russian invasion of Ukraine?

We too listen to what is being said in the world. At the moment there is nothing in which we can help. Ukranians too need to think for themselves. Are they happy with continuing the war or has it been enough? Then perhaps Modi can talk to Putin. Same with Hamas, Yemenies and Iranians. Want war...

How should west respond to potential (likely) Russian invasion of Ukraine?

Ah, we got Rafales too and pay them cash. We get things from wherever they are available and produce whatever we can. Very kind of Western nations to help with armaments for further destruction of the country though it is beneficial to the companies which produce armaments. Keep it up, your...

How should west respond to potential (likely) Russian invasion of Ukraine?

EU countries Austria, Slovakia and Hungary buy gas from Gazprom. So... ? How is what Russia doing in Ukraine is the business of NATO countries? NATO has refused membership to Ukraine. Then why are they interfering? Nobody has bathed in milk (Indian proverb).

We also get some military hardware from Russia, like S-400 missiles. Indian Airforce has 260 Sukhoi 30 MK1 as of now. We try to keep away from such situations. If we are bombed, it will hurt the interests of some other countries too.

How should west respond to potential (likely) Russian invasion of Ukraine?

Well, we need petrol, and we get it from Russia at somewhat lesser price. US and other developed countries recognize this. I think even western countries are buying things from Russia. Also, we did not interfere when western countries were attacking various countries in the world - Cuba...

How should west respond to potential (likely) Russian invasion of Ukraine?

I do not know Putin's mind, other than the fact that Ukraine sided with West and NATO. That rankled him. I do not know Xi's mind as well. But his intent about Taiwan and his support to North Korea means that he is a dangerous guy. Like a spider, he is spreading his net everywhere.

How should west respond to potential (likely) Russian invasion of Ukraine?

Yeah, that is what Krishna says in Gita. Either an army wins or the soldiers go to heaven. In a war, anything can happen. In the Battle of Ten Kings in RigVeda, River Ravi flooded in face of attack by ten kings and Sudasa won. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_the_Ten_Kings

I do not know who all will be affected in WWIII and how they will fare in the war or after. Nations have upward of 6,000 nuclear bombs on each side.

How should west respond to potential (likely) Russian invasion of Ukraine?

Army does what the leaders of nations (if they are in control) demand. As a tangent, will the Israeli army return and leave Gaza? Armies are given tasks. They stop only after the task is completed. Their duty (dharma) demands it. "hato vā prāpsyasi svargam, jitvā vā bhokṣyase mahīm; tasmād...

How should west respond to potential (likely) Russian invasion of Ukraine?

True. That is why I said NATO should keep praying. Allow me to state my position. I am neither a Putin admirer nor a Zelenski/NATO admirer. I am non-aligned, being an Indian. Destruction in Ukraine or Russia as well as the travails of soldiers who are fighting the war, pains me equally.

How should west respond to potential (likely) Russian invasion of Ukraine?

Russia is not going to leave Donetsk, Luhansk or Crimea. So, you think WWIII is the only option? I do not deny that. NATO tried it in case of Fidel as well. Brain or heart-stroke too. It could happen to Zelenskiy also. No one knows. NATO should keep praying.

How should west respond to potential (likely) Russian invasion of Ukraine?

This war can end only in two ways. 1. WWIII, or 2. Ukraine and Russia agree to cease fire. NATO's supply of more armaments is not going to stop the war. China and North Korea will support Russia. Does Zelenskiy not understand this? Why does he want Ukraine to be destroyed completely?

Brahmos goes with a speed of Mach 3.5. It utilises a "fire-and-forget" system, requiring no additional input from the operator once the missile has been launched. Fire it from land, air, sea or submarine (various versions).
