Banning abortion = no abortion???

I think more likely is that banning abortion == more dead women.

I wonder if the stoneage party wants to ban abortions because they don't want to think that women can dispose of the stone-ager's psychotic offspring. It makes perfect sense if you let your mind and thoughts be ruled by ideas of survival of the fittest that you would seek to prevent any threat to your genes.

It makes me glad that most people aren't so pathetic that they feel the need to chain women to the bed in order to guarantee their legacy.

DIY abortions aren't the safest thing--of course it translates to more dead women.

(Not to mention that low-risk pregnancy still has 10x the risk of early abortion.)

Banning abortions gave rise to illegal clinics. As I understand it the laws in Texas limit the time a person can have an abortion to 20 weeks

https://www.lilithfund.org/new-laws/

What this all means:

About one third of clinics in Texas will have to stop providing abortion services immediately – most of these clinics will likely close down.
If you are more than 20 weeks pregnant you will not be able to get an abortion in Texas. If you can travel to New Mexico or elsewhere, later abortion is still legal outside of Texas.
It is and will continue to be illegal to use pills to induce an abortion if you did not get them from a doctor who is authorized to provide these medicines. For more information on laws about abortion pills, please visit Women on Waves.
END OF QUOTE.

In the UK the law is 24 weeks but there are exceptions. As given above Texans who want an abortion later simply travel out of state to do this.
