Warsaw police are investigating after a video went viral of one of its officers putting a man in a chokehold.

The incident happened on Saturday at Waffle House.

Twenty-two-year-old Anthony Wall had just taken his 16-year-old sister to prom and went to grab a bite to eat when he said he got into an argument with several wait staff members.

From there, police were called to remove Wall, which led to him being choked, slammed, and led away in handcuffs.

While he takes full responsibility for his interaction with Waffle House employees, he told ABC11 the cop's actions were not justified.

"Your hands should have never been around my neck like that if my hands were in the air," said Wall.

According to people who live in the area, this particular police officer is very well know for doing this type of stuff:

OFFICER FRANK MOSS has a history of assaulting black citizens.

Why didn't he leave when the employees first called the cops? Why didn't he voluntarily leave when the police showed up. Sorry, but if you refuse to leave police orders to leave premises, you will be removed by force. No mater your hue. All this is on him.

I would take anything Shaun "Talcum X" says with a salt mine or two.
Every time there is a negative police-black person interaction he blames the police, and never appologizes when his initial outrage turns out to be misplaced. Like in the case of Charles Smith Jr. - here is Talcum's tweet, and here is the video of what actually happened. Or another Smith, this time Darius: Talcum's fanciful post vs. reality.

1. Blames the victim
2. Attack the source
3. Make up disgusting "nicknames" for the black and/or female people involved.

I'm just going to start calling Derec "Trump" because their MO's are so similar.

Meanwhile, in the real world, a young unarmed black man was CHOKED by a police officer because he had an argument with waitstaff. CHOKED by a police officer who apparently has a history of similar violence against other CITIZENS.

And note, this assault took place OUTSIDE the Waffle House, so clearly the young man DID leave the restaurant.

Not really a victim. He initiated the whole situation - police didn't come to him just for funsies. He also had plenty of opportunities to walk away.
2. Attack the source
When the source is as untrustworthy as old Talcum, yeah, you have to attack it.
3. Make up disgusting "nicknames" for the black and/or female people involved.
Talcum is a white guy pretending to be black.

Again, if you refuse to leave, police will use force. And the "apparently" is based on a word from a guy who loves to make shit up. Did you read the links I posted about the "source"?

Parking lot is still WH property. And that video clearly shows him yelling at the employees. He is not the good guy here.

I think there's a bit of forced perspective. Looks like he's standing a full yard in front of the group. Still big though.

There are many unknown details as far as what started this all.

At no point was the victim of the "choke hold", I put this in quotes, because this was a one handed choke, which what Professional wrestlers do because they have such big hands that it is possible to do, ever in a position that required a choke hold to begin with. This officer was huge and could easily handle this person. Even if this person needed to be "taught a lesson", a choke hold is not appropriate.

I think it funny that an investigation is needed. What is there to ask? Was the officer in a dire strait situation where he needed to do something to protect his own life? No? Suspend the fucker.

Look at the officer on the other side in a similar position, about same height, but half the width. This officer could be the Big Boss Man.

Off topic, but I recall that because many people in my company give professional presentations, we had training from a company called Toast Masters. One of the first things we learned was not to stand there with your hands where your gentiles are placed while someone takes a photo. It looks stupid.

Well the video shows him yelling at the employees in the beginning.

At no point was the victim of the "choke hold", I put this in quotes, because this was a one handed choke, which what Professional wrestlers do because they have such big hands that it is possible to do, ever in a position that required a choke hold to begin with. I do not think he was being choked actually. The cop was holding his neck, sure, but the guy was able to yell "get your hands off me" at all times, which means no airway constriction.

Gentiles?

I bet he chose his own place in the shot. Speaks to a personality disorder reminiscent of Trump's. Giant narcissistic blob of insecurity, who needs to apply force to others in order to feel good about himself.

This is becoming a regular occurrence. It sounds like they are deliberately trying to attract racist alt-right customers and drive all the non-racists away.

Keep yourself and your family safe! Get one of these and you won't have to worry - or suffer shitty waffle house waffles!

If a business requests you leave, then no matter how calmly you refuse to leave then you are trespassing. Technically that is creating a disturbance.

If they do so for racist reasons, take to Social Media. They'll soon discover their error.

Huh. That's a lot of speculation in there.

I'm guessing it's a combination of forced perspective and a fish-eye lens AND the guy being fairly large.
