For the record (to get another piece of my opinion tossed out in the open) I can only speak from personal experience with a pinch of easily recalled history when I say this. American Black people can be racist; It's just not the same magnitude of racism since it hasn't been government backed and/or government enforced racism. While i disagree that there is the possibility that all Black Americans would someday change policy in a way that enforces white genocide on the federal level (I'm one of those that would put my life on the line against it), having concerns about it is not entirely invalid. Being overly concerned about it to the point of irrational ideas and behavior isn't cool though.
