I'm having a tough time understanding the question, but I'll try to consider it.

Usually, not always, usually, people tend to marry those of similar beliefs. That includes religious, political, etc.

So if liberal women refused to have sex until their demands are met, how will this impact conservative men?

most hard-right fears are based in the idea that whites are becomming a minority. Theoretically, this puts pressure on those people by heightening those fears. That's the basic gist of things.

This is a ridiculous proposition. Could it be implemented? NO. If it could be implemented, would it even be effective? NO.

Liberal women aren't going to dump their non-minority husbands and boyfriends and start deliberately popping out minority babies just to get... what? Laws against sexual assault? We have those. Legal abortion? We have that. Equal treatment under health insurance? Kids aren't easy or cheap. What is the motivation here for them to make possibly drastic changes to the REST OF THEIR LIVES? It isn't going to happen.

If it could be organized then do you really think racist voters would start voting for politicians who would enact this mystery liberal agenda to stem this "white genocide" waged by liberal women? No. That is never going to happen. That isn't how people work.

Im pretty sure whites are going to become extinct no matter what happens. And (for that matter so will blacks). Because sooner or later the normal process of evolution will ensure everyone looks exactly alike with mouse grey skin DNA. White plus black over enough years equals grey.

Thats why the aliens always have grey skin and big eyes. They have already evolved from the human species of having different races.

What if there was a concerted national effort by white women to hold their bodies for ransom against the republican voters and politicians pledging to not have white children until their social demands are met? After all who wants to rear children in a society not conducive to birthing and rearing children? If anything such pledgees would instead opt to adopt if at all, this notion would be based on a number of axioms:

1. Whites on the right tend towards caring about the fate of "The white race" and tend to consider their white/British/greater Germanic heritage to be on some level important to their American identity.

2. Whites on the left tend not to be bothered by the fate of "The white race" and tend not to consider their race/ethnicity to be particularly important to their identity as Americans. To them, one american is as good as any other regardless.

3. This disparity in values and priorities can be used as political leverage in the form of an ultimatum "Give me what I want or else..."

What would such an ultimatum result in? Would the right capitulate or would they take more drastic measures? How would such a movement affect the relations and power dynamics between the sexes at large?

I would also argue that conservatives do not really want well educated white women to reproduce at greater levels than they are reproducing. What they want is conservative white women to reproduce a lot. See the quiverfull movement...
