I've always thought that one should not mess with the internet, like promoting censorship or otherwise restricting access. I would think it just puts a big target on you for every hacker out there that feels their playground is threatened.

Apparently, yes she had several articles mentioning the DC pizza parlor specifically. She took them down after the shooting, but there are screen shots floating around.

That's a 4chan meme. Essentially, when moderators started cutting down on "CP threads", people started posting images of cheese pizza to try to fool the mods. Child pornography -> C.P. -> Cheese Pizza.
