Bad depends on your perspective. The picks are perfect considering the goal of the Bannon administration to wreck everything except the authoritarian power of the Justice Department to do things like expand civil forfeiture.

Hell, even the semi-sane seeming picks are problems. Wilbur Ross is now fucking around with Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission fishery management decisions. No Commerce Secretary has ever overridden a decision by the scientific technical committees and management board at ASMFC until last week when Ross fucked with the Fluke management board decision regarding a non-compliant New Jersey. It is just a little fishery management plan but it signifies the way these guys are operating that the Commerce Secretary will take the time to override a decision about something he know fuck-all-of-nothing about just because he doesn't like regulation.
