Any OS X experts? I need help

I was setting up Time Machine for two computers. Anyhow, I encrypted the disk. I chose a random 15 character password. Backed up first computer. Started with the 2nd and it wanted the PW. No problem, but the random password has a prime character in it. I can open up the Character Viewer and see the prime character. I can click on it and put it into a document, but I have no idea how to get that character in the "enter password" dialog for Time Machine.

Thank, bilby. I actually, found that before I posted. I can get the Unicode Hex keyboard set, but it seems like the key combos are different in Yosemite than Mavericks.

I'm not even 100% sure it's the prime character. It looks like this: p'.
