Having a jargon insult as an inside joke doesn't need to be based on actual life. You could also base an insider term on a book that only a few have read, like scifi conventioners who grok each other.
They just need to share the idea that if 'your woman' is having sex with someone else, you're less of a man. Makes it a horrible fate to contemplate, having your wife decide who gets to have sex with her, rather than you AND it's not even you!

And, probably, a shared suspicion that progressives are likely degenerate wife-swappers, unable to defend their territory.

So I clicked on Paul Watson's youtube channel for the first time after Trump/Sanders used a Watson video to claim that a reporter assaulted an intern.

He had a video about "soy boys" claiming that soy was turning liberals into a bunch of wimps with no testosterone. He was making a huge deal about how they aren't tough.

He is known to refer conservatives that aren't Alex Jones level extreme as "cuckservatives".
