Desperate McConnell attempt to pass bill to take a dump in order to take ACA repeal into conference backfires

WASHINGTON DC -- Beleaguered Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell saw several attempts to get an ACA bill repeal passed fail in the last two days. Thanks to what is known as a Conference, McConnell knew he could simply pass a simple bill with almost nothing in it and negotiate with The House bill and come up with a repeal and replace bill to take a final vote on.

With the latest attempts foiled, McConnell put forth an ACA bill that would allow him to take a dump. At first, he was certain it would pass at least 52-48, however, parliamentarian review indicated that because his taking a dump would not directly affect the budget, the bill would require 60 votes for passage. The bill failed to meet the 60 vote limit and now his key to the bathroom has been seized.
