Do fresh muslims immigrants into the EU and USA have more of a rape culture than natives/long term residents?

Not to excuse any level of rape culture of ethnic Europeans or multigenerational Americans (of any race). I am asking for a difference of degree as a factual inquiry.

Please feel free to dissect any of these groups into subgroups - such as Catholic priests, Warren Jeffs and the enclave of muslim molesters in Rotheram. And of course there is very likely large swaths of muslim immigrants that have little interest in rape or child/teen grooming.

Well, what do you mean by rape? Do you mean rape against proper women who cover themselves in a hijab and don't leave their homes without family members or against whores who were asking for it?

I've been waiting for weeks for someone to start a thread on the rape nightmare in Rotherham. If ever there was a prime example of a real "rape culture" that was it. Yet we still continue to focus day after day on drunk sex by a few horny white college students. Even the mainstream media, at least in the US, doesn't seem to want to touch the Rotherham story. I read a few paragraphs about it in my local paper a month or two ago, and there's been nothing since. What disgusts me the most is that many people in Rotherham knew it was happening, but didn't want to appear racist or anti-immigrant or "anti-Muslim" by reporting it. There didn't seem to be a problem beating on Catholic priests for their rape culture. Disgusting.

Seems to me on further thought that it is the combination of secrecy and religiously mandated male power and hierarchy, distrust and contempt of outsiders and finallly victim shaming that feeds these rape and grooming hives. Which I also noted Catholics and Mormons

I don't know about "fresh" migrants. Fresh migrants often seem to have other problems than cultural adaptation.

But, in France, there is clearly a women's rights problem amongst second and third generation migrants. Mix an original culture high on patriarchy with grouping them in "quartiers sensibles" (low-class suburbs housing projects), impacting them more and more with unemployment and poverty, and rampant racism pushing them to find something else than French society to build their culture (like an idealized version of their parents culture), and you have a great recipe for things like brothers feeling they have to "defend their sister's honour" or shit like that.
Of course, all that isn't helped by the slut-shaming and double standards continuing to exist in the mainstram culture and our catholic heritage.

Note that this problem had been self-correcting some. Girls outperforming boys in schools put them in a better position to escape this kind of atmosphere and not be powerless stay-at-home moms like their moms, the feminisation of elites gave some different role-models, and feminist associations originating from those low-class parts, like "ni putes ni soumises" (approximate translation: neither whores nor submitting) where having a real audience.
The problem is with the last crisis and the general move of the society towards greater differences between the bottom and the top, the "French social lift" is now blocked, school is less and less a way to escape the lower class, and so the movements have slowed greatly.

For some of them, sure. Muslim immigrants aren't a single culture, of course, and the kind of patriarchal culture that can lead to this isn't limited to Muslims.

If we start with western culture is a rape culture then whither fresh inductees into it from Saint Alibi are more or less inclined to participate than are those already there is that little straw guy stuck up some bigoted westerner's arse.

I will not for now be talking about molestations by Christian clergy, who I also consider a gang of like minded men. I think there is a different dynamic to their molestation.

I think that what is topsy turvy now is that in the past the truly (not just in name) dominant ethnic group could get away with some heinous activity against the subjugated groups. The dominant could be either colonists, indigenous neighbors of the subjugated, slave traders or hostage takers.

But now through a side effect of anti-racism policies (which can be changed) and racial segregation and cohesion of these molesters (like the cohesion of the clergy) they seem to have an advantage for doing these sick acts that a group of non-clergy whites would not have.

If the tables were turned now (not 100 years ago) and whites gangs were raping large amounts of asian (in the british sense) girls it would lead to a conflagration.

Taking the video at face value, it's hard to dispute the rape statistics when considered as a percentage of population. But that's neither here nor there. The authorities not prosecuting based on race is the issue. This can only heighten racial tension.
Whether first generation immigrants would be more inclined to hold to any cultural distinctions from the old country, I would think so. To what extent subsequent generations of that cultural background would, would depend on factors affecting their assimilation.
