My recent favorite has become Irene Cara's beautiful "What a Feeling" from the movie Flashdance (which I recently saw for the first time and enjoyed). It puts me in a really fun mood every time I see/hear it.
A couple great live performances of it:

My next favorite is "Hungry Eyes" by Eric Carmen, featured in Dirty Dancing.
After that, I would probably go with "Hearts on Fire" from John Cafferty, as shown in Rocky IV. It is the best workout song I have ever heard (the Rocky franchise has a lot of good contenders for that spot).
"Beat It" would likely be my fave Michael Jackson song and vid, but that is a tough call.
"I Can Dream About You" by Dan Hartman is a favorite sing-along.
"Toto" by Africa.
Lastly, "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" by Tears for Fears.
