So, logically, if I have an adjective noun I must have a non-adjective noun, too?
You don't distinguish unless there are multiple options.
Maybe *you* don’t. But that’s not a rule I’ve ever heard.
That being said, I do understand where you are coming from. But, in the context of the actual image presented here, the point in putting the adjective is to distinguish between Clinton’s home and Giuliani’s home, not between multiple Clinton’s homes. To read it your way comes across as an extremely forced interpretation just to avoid the obvious one.
