I am not sure of what to make of the legal aspects of kicking out the racist pranksters (if not worse) from the protest area which was a public area and not a private residence.

I am trying to think of all kinds of situations under a general umbrella. Say a group of guys asked 4 women to leave them alone, or TERF lesbians asked a transwoman to leave (I have a video on that).

Also, what about when there is no antagonizing (unlike this case) by the people asked to leave?

What if the group moves away and the people asked to leave follow?

Is claiming to feel unsafe the new gambit to get people escorted out?

Maybe the example of the protest is so crazy that it doesn't match most normal situations of people wanting to be in their own group.
