Chansley got 4 years for a non-violent police escorted tour: https://twitter.com/i/status/1632912031882805250

As far as I know there is no counter narrative to this video, I've not heard anyone claim any of this footage is fake or doctored video. Yes, there are a lot of politicians who did not want FOX to release what actually occurred Jan 6 (Schumer and McConnel) but if anyone knows a source this footage was fiction I would appreciate citing it here.

Regardless of how you view what happened on Jan 6 it is obvious at least one innocent person is in jail for being at the wrong political event. It also proves Trump who lies most of the time was actually not lying about directing a peaceful protest. But most telling to all it should be gravely obvious at this point whether (liberal or conservative) our government can not even be trusted to be impartial with even the simplest task of releasing an innocent person wrongly convicted as shown on video. The guy might be nuts wearing that outfit but he was clearly not violent in the slightest way.

I say the question is whether his attorney had access to this evidence before he was sentenced. The government is required to produce exculpatory evidence; otherwise, it's a violation of his civil rights.

Never before seen video of January 6 shows Jacob Chansley, the QAnon Shaman, being led through the Capitol by police the entire time that he was in the building.
Is that tape running backwards because it sure looks to me like he is being followed by police, not being lead.

Trump's tweet came after several hours and many crimes had been committed.

Weak sauce, dude.

Where is the video of Chansley breaching the police line outside the building, entering through the window another rioter had just broken with a stolen police shield, joining the rioters trying to get into the Senate chamber while Senators were still being evacuated, writing a threatening message to the Vice President, and all the other things he did for the hour or so he was in the Capitol?

Why didn't Tucker Carlson show any of that?

So: RVonse - direct question to you. You posted this and claimed he was innocent.

What do you NOW say to the responses that he:
- plead guilty
- was showing doing illegal things that Tucker did not show
- - busting through a police line
- - climbing through a broken window
- - attempting to breach the senate chamber
- - writing a threatening note
- Was being followed by police not lead by police

Do you still stand by your (Tucker’s) claim that an innocent man is in jail? Or do you take in the new (to you, but not new to anyone else) evidence? Do you see that a conman (Carlson) is conning you to incite distruct in your fellow citizens?

Or do you double down and say your country is shit despite conversations showing you that it’s the Tucker Carlsons who are the liars not to be trusted. Do you continue to watch Tucker as he lies to you to foment discord?

Don’t be a pawn, RVonse. Don’ be the rich man’s pawn.

Do you know who thinks Jacob Chansley isn't innocent? Jacob fucking Chansley. He did plead guilty for obstructing an official proceeding. So fuck this revisionist bullshit.
Also, he made a plea deal. Generally speaking, you enter into a plea deal when they've got enough on you to go to trial for more, but they want a quick win.

Hundreds of people have been charged in this "leisurely tourist visit," many of them copped pleas, many were convicted, and many were sent to prison. How, pray tell, did all that happen if these were just innocent tourists, RVonse?

Please don't expect an answer anytime soon.

Without an actual continious video trace this is an unsupported assertion. Simply showing that the police weren't acting in some cases doesn't prove anything.

Let's look at an analogous hypothetical and your capacity for rational skepticism.

Suppose a wealthy mainstream media personality named Cucker Tarlson, who worries mostly about stock price of his "jounalism" employer, does a quick video of Deffrey Jahmer. He shows you 20 minutes of Jahmer and young boys kissing in Jahmer's bedroom. He doesn't show how they got there. He doesn't show what happened after.

You know, though, in this hypothetical of fictious people it is claimed by the government that Jahmer sexually assaulted and cannibalized young boys. And it is claimed he used trickery and aggression to get them in his bedroom.

What would be your rationale to be skeptical that Cucker Tarlson's cherry-picked videos refute the government's claims of illegal actions by Jahmer? Would you still cling to Cucker's charismatic (to conservatives) personality or use logic to break through the MSM brainwashing? What specific reasons would you use to question the Cucker narrative?

You are so so wrong Ford.

Real life it is just the opposite. When it comes to doing real time most people don't take the chance letting other people decide their innocence. When the charge is grave going to court is a wild card (especially with the feds) because there are never any guarantees being found innocent even if you are innocent. We have seen many people even on death row being determined innocent by dna evidence yet found guilty if you have a shit lawyer a shit jury, and/or a dishonest prosecutor. Which is exactly why most people will take the plea simply to hedge their bets doing real time. In our courts it does not matter if you are guilty. What matters is what the jury and judge decides at the end of the trial.

Ill buy that. Both videos could be taken completely out of context although that raises the question why he would do a 180 on his speech footage. But is sure does not look that way and no one (from media) is providing any kind of reasonable counter narrative.

Can you cite? I haven't seen any footage of these things. Nor have I seen any counter narratives by liberal media.

Furthermore, why aren't these douchbags Schumer and McConnel saying anything about how wrong this looks or how out of context it was taken? No counter narratives given I am aware of.
