More than urban legend. It was pretty widely reported and he didn't deny it, only going on the record that he 'doesn't remember'.

Time and time again we see what being conservative means. It's not about traditional values. It certainly doesn't mean holding onto Age of Enlightenment values. No, it's about preserving power structures.
