Meanwhile... in Floriduh

This is all true but so is the point that overall black people and Latinos tend to have much less access to good medical care.

What evidence do you have of that? Do employers deny health insurance to their black or hispanic employees? Are Obamacare exchanges doing the same?

So do people of any race who belong to lower socioeconomic classes.
That's the real issue. The better care you can afford, the better care you get.
But don't tell me that a black or hispanic person has "much less access to good medical care" than a similarly situated white person, because that just isn't true.

I have some family (by marriage) who moved to FL about a year ago. They'll fit right in with the rest of the Trumpsters. All over their FB page is all kinds of stuff about how stupid it is to have all these restrictions, etc.
I never said that any particular demographic has a exclusive lease on stupid behavior. But this kneejerk playing of the race card/calling it "racial profiling" is associated with blacks in particular.

Also, I notice among a LOT of people there is denial: they are certain that they are healthy, that they won't get sick, that they are 'careful' enough. Most of us grew up with the idea that being out in the fresh air was healthy. It's hard to overcome that mindset established from childhood.

It still is. As long as you stay away from other people. ;)

But afaik beaches have not been positively identified as origins of hot spots. I am a bit skeptical about how easy it might be to transmit the virus outdoors in a beach-type environment, especially if the wind is blowing. I suspect it's pretty difficult.
People usually go to the beach when it's sunny and warm. Both sunshine (UV light!) and warm temperatures are bad for the coronavirus.

At some point we all decide to take our chances. I consider myself pretty conservative about it, and don't take chances that I don't think are really long odds against getting the virus. Presumably that is the same for "MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!" trumpsuckers, too.

Some people will get unlucky and contract the virus even if careful. But the real benefit of the social distancing/wearing masks is the aggregate one of reducing the reproduction factor of the virus.

As you said yourself: Black people are more likely to work in low paying jobs that may not provide insurance or good insurance. Such employers are often punitive when employees need to take time off due to illness. And lots of areas are underserved—and those tend to be areas with a high concentration of people in lower socioeconomic groups.

I did not mean to freak you out by agreeing with you.

I didn’t.

I never said that you did!

Again, I’m sorry to have freaked you out by agreeing with yo

Black people do tend to work more often in jobs that involve high exposure to the public, making them more at risk for contracting Covid 19. But those jobs tend to provide poorer health care options or none at all. A lot of states allow insurance companies to offer cut rate policies which don’t actually cover much. The jobs also tend to not pay much.
