You can't imagine my disappointment...

I was about to quit the retired teacher's lunch group when our chairwoman told me that next month we'd meet in a topless bar. Nothing in her voice signalled 'joke', and I really wanted to see how my fellow ancient pedants -- all women -- had made their choice. A sentence or two later I realized she'd said tapas bar.
I no longer attend.
