Murderer Says His Life Sentence Has Been Served

Something i learned on a tour of the old Idaho Penitentiary.

When Idaho's penal system included hanging, a man arrested for murder did neck exercises in his cell from arrest thru arraignment, trial, appeal, and final appeal. Ended up with a neck that stretched from his ears to his shoulders in a gentle slope.
He was hung by the neck until declared dead. Woke up during the autopsy.
Walked out, a free man, having served his sentence. Where someone shot him on the street.
Wasn't murder because the guy had been declared dead. But they did fine thevshooter $25 for discharging a gun inside city limits.

Makes sense, but he didn't think it through. If he was revived, he wasn't born. Therefore he has no birth certificate. Therefore he can't prove he is a US citizen. Therefore he has no rights.

He and Doc Daneeka are going to have some interesting conversations though.

If he died after his sentence, he served his sentence and should be released.
If he was born in the US before his sentence, then he is a US citizen, even after death

Anyone with a problem with this should simply address the issue of reviving a person that has died in jail, when death was his very sentence.

OK, he totally ripped off that argument from Game of Thrones, so now he not only has a life sentence to deal with but is also going to find himself on the receiving end of a copyright infringement lawsuit.

Also, I'd want more proof. Did he meet Jesus -- then where's the autograph? Did he meet Michael Jackson? Then where's the suitable follow-up to Thriller? Did he meet Jerry Falwell -- then let's hear the posthumous fart/sermon on how Tinky Wink caused Hurricane Harvey. C'mon, man. Deets. Back it up.
