Really looks bad for Manafort, then....I wish I had a Schadenfreude Emoticon....especially as kretinous Kushner has achieved precisely fuck-all in his time as chief toady, except lining his own pockets....

President Donald Trump announced on Wednesday that his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, was making “prison reform” his number one priority on the same day that the president complained that his former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort is enduring harsh prison conditions.

In a series of tweets on Wednesday, Trump argued that he should have been told by the U.S. government that Manafort was being investigated for tax and bank fraud before he hired him to run the 2016 Trump campaign.

Trump went on to complain that Manafort is “now serving solitary confinement – although convicted of nothing.”

Looking back on history, who was treated worse, Alfonse Capone, legendary mob boss, killer and “Public Enemy Number One,” or Paul Manafort, political operative & Reagan/Dole darling, now serving solitary confinement - although convicted of nothing? Where is the Russian Collusion?

At a meeting with black pastors on Wednesday, Trump told reporters that Kushner’s “number one” goal had become “prison reform.”

“Who would have thought? Who would have thought?” the president reportedly said.

If Manafort was holding out for a pardon, sounds as if the citrus scumbag is letting him go to jail.

I agree Donald. Put Manafort in the general prison population? We know how prisoners love to treat people who usurp state and federal tax law.

It's a good thing Kushner has solved the Middle East situation and the reorganization of the federal gov't so he can work his magic on reforming prisons. I think Kushner has an extra personal incentive to reform prisons.
