Academic freedom protects a professor's research and opinions within his or her field from discipline in most cases, regardless of their advisability or wisdom.

I would be interested about the context of that quote. As Don2 pointed out, it is possible it is a factual statement not a call to murder.

I think the podcast is somewhat old since he starts talking about the movie Django Unchained and Jamie Fox killing a lot of white people in it and getting heat for it.

Yep, and it would also be completely unsurprising if a new majority acted as badly as the previous one.

It's not likely that a brown majority would enslave us. But like us, after a while, they might get so used to their privilege that they won't see it anymore. Let's hope they learn some shit that we didn't.

They already have privileges. For example so-called "affirmative action" in college/grad school admissions and government jobs. This is probably most pronounced when it comes to med school admissions:

There are also privileges when it comes to language or acceptable attacks on somebody. A type of attack that would be deemed innocuous if made against white person is deemed racist. For example, if one criticizes a white male politician's hair, nobody bats an eye, but if Maxine Water's hair gets made fun of, everybody loses their minds. Or take Harold Ford. Mocking his hypocrisy re family values was only deemed "racist" by some because he was black, even though exactly same attack could and would have been made if he was a white politician acting the same.

Let's hope they learn some shit that we didn't.

My guess is neither the author of the ignorant link on which the OP is based nor the OP poster has bothered to actually listen to the video that prompted the OP. The professor is talking about killing white people in self-defense not about randomly murdering white people or inciting a revolution and murdering white people.

So, the real issue in my view is whether the distortion in the OP link is driven by a fear-boner or a hate boner or lack of reading comprehension or outright intellectual dishonesty.

Ya, actually listening to the video, the guy's position is unrelated to the OP's characterization of his position (and I can tell you how shocked I was to find a discrepancy there).
