When you try to use pedantry as a tool of sarcasm, but make a mistake, it loses its effect. Or is it affect? I guess it doesn't really matter. The real thing that matters is you know Underseer doesn't support Moore. You are somehow offended by the word conservolibertarian. I don't get it, though, since Moore was getting his support from conservatives who fancy themselves libertarians talking second amendment seriously and getting posters on lewrockwell.com to support him, why would you take offense? All you have to do is respond that you don't support Moore. You are an individual. Of course, there are people who have said it's better to elect a pedophile than a Democrat and there are some pretty staunchly conservative people in the forum as well as a couple who call themselves libertarian conservatives. You aren't them, though, and everyone is aware of that. Perhaps instead of taking your anger out by pretending over and over Underseer is spamming the forum, you could be angry that there are conservatives who pretend to be libertarian like Rand Paul or maxparrish. Unless you actually agree that Rand Paul and maxparrish are libertarian, in which case the term of conservolibertarian is an apt term and you'll just have to stop being angry that libertarianism is so closely aligned to conservatism that there are so many comparisons. OR you could instead choose to be angry that Roy Moore did what he did. Why don't you choose to be outraged that a person in a position of power--you know, the government, chose to use that power and influence to get a girl out of her school class and harass her and worse. So much more to be upset about than a word and so much more you could do than try to justify your perceived tit-for-tat ad infinitum. Who knows what you'll write next, though...

Interesting site. The name is "The Liberty Conservative", not "The Libertarian Conservative." Obviously, exactly like Underseer, they are Republicans trying to recruit libertarians. I know a lot of people in the libertarian movement, and am familiar with those who are movers and shakers within the movement. Oddly enough, all the names of editors and contributors are not included in that. I also found articles harshly criticizing Jeffrey Tucker, while praising Unite the Right. Actually this looks less like a Republican run site to pretend they are friendly to libertarians, but a Democrat run site pretending to be a Republican run site pretending to be friendly to libertarians.

I suppose anyone can put up a website that aggregates news. I should go ahead and put up a site called "The Libertarian Democrat" or some such, you'll believe it just as equally. It was nice of Underseer to recommend that you show me that page, do you wonder how he found it?

Just for shits and grins, I looked at their Facebook page and YouTube page. Their YT channel was a disappointment, they actually have no videos of their own. On their FB page they actually criticize libertarians.

No, you've inspired me. I'm going to create a website called "The Libertarian Democrat", in your honor and to undercut Underseer's attempts to bring libertarians into his Republican fold.

One final thing. If you want libertarian content, there are a few places so well known even you might know about them. Cato, Reason, LewRockwell, etc. Try the big names first before finding something this obscure as proof of ... whatever it is you think you were trying to prove.

It's rather funny, I posted the above on March 19th. On March 23rd, someone registered "libertariandemocrat.com". It is almost as if someone was afraid that I might actually go through with my threat to create such a thing because, by the logic I was responding to, the existence of such a site would prove there is a deep connection between the two.

I wonder who registered it. I wonder if it was someone around here.

I thought you probably registered it to keep me from getting it. Of course since you seem to think I did it, I'll have to turn my suspicion somewhere else.

Had I bought it, I would have done so to put up a news feed or three plus an endorsement to the Democratic Freedom Caucus.
