There is a saying that sometimes the 'answer only raises more questions'.
SCOTUS lifted the stay for the travel ban on people that don't have a bona fide connection with the US. SCOTUS said they'll hear the case in October, which unfortunately means that "any bona fide relationship" with a "person or entity" in the US is going to be a gray area until they rule on this case.
What the fuck is an entity? A church is an entity. Does that mean a church tries to get a refugee into the US is still protected by the stay?
So the question is, did lifting part of the stay change anything?
