I have liked seeing many of his videos and it took me about 3 videos to convince me he was a troll.

Anyway, his track record of being a somewhat convincing troll makes ferreting out the truth of this more complicated.

Now obviously, it is not a serious issue and it really doesn't matter what the truth of this is. Still interesting...

But a serious question, in a similar way that many people say after a gay man comes out of the closet that there were many signs of him being gay... Can transgenders especially see in hindsight the signs that a person who is now publicly transgender showed before?

I really can't see any possible hindsight clues that Copper Cab is transgender, but I am unaware of what those clues would be.
