If you were standing at the farthest point in the expansion of the universe what would it look like?

Just like here. There is no indication whatsoever that the universe has an edge, so our best guess is that it is either infinite or curves in on itself. In which latter case no point and every point is the rim, and the question makes not much more sense than asking for the view at the cirner of a sphere.

If by the end of the universe, you mean the end the inflationary era trillions of years from now, you would see nothing. All the matter/energy gradients would have dissipated to nothing, there would be nothing to see, and time would have ceased to pass.

You're an ant standing at the edge of the ball. No different than any other point on the ball--all points on the ball are on the edge of the ball.

Add another dimension and you have us in the universe.

Who says there is an edge?

A better statement is what do things look like at the of the observable universe.
