aka what you do when you don't know what to do with all of your money. So crazy.

Off-topic: the shot of the Burj Khalifa rising out of the mist is kinda surreal. (couldn't seem to link to it to have it show here :( )

I think it's a fantastic idea! My only worry would be whether these manufactured islands have any detrimental effects on the environment. I'm happy that there are people in the world with the money and the crazy to do big, amazing things like this, as long as the rest of us don't have to pay their bills, and sometimes even then it's worth it (like space exploration).

It's one thing to spend all this money on a personal folly (say a personal vacation home for somebody like Bezos of Zuckerberg), and quite another to hope for a profitable business venture.
Those underwater bedrooms are quite cool though. I can see them being used in a Bond- or Bournesque movie for a shootout scene. I wonder how tough those windows really are.

With only the top portion visible, it looks almost like Cloud City. They should have named it Burj Calrissian.

P.S.: That 'Palestine' island look a bit barren. They should rename it to 'Israel' to make that desert bloom. :)
