There are some threads (example), especially in the Science forum that are made that are really good. Unfortunately, I don't have time to read them at the moment and then forget about it.
I didn't know whether there was a way to promote threads to a graduated status, so they stay around and help invite more people to read them. I didn't know whether there could be a "Library" forum which could have the links to those threads that send you to the thread in their existing forum. Could using the "Report Post" option for people to recommend the thread.
