Government tells corporations how many metric tons of pollutants they can pump into our air = bad.

Government tells people what bathroom they can and can't use = good.

Apparently a lot of conservatives want government to be so small it can only fit inside your bedroom or bathroom.
 
Actually it is a little sillier than that. State Government is suing Federal Government for "overreaching" in telling the State Government that they can't tell the Municipality Governments that they can't extend certain rights to transgender people. IE, the Federal Government isn't allowed to overreach, but the State Government is.

You are beating a dead horse here. Conservatives by definition need their lies and their cognitive dissonances to be considered to be conservatives. Fear of change leaves one unable to address the most obvious problems.
