There have been plenty of atheist and agnostic presidents.

But they were presidents. They didn't admit it. That's how they became presidents. Not telling anybody what they were thinking.

Telling people what they wanted to hear. Trump is a master at it. With his cadre of loons.

You mean when Ronnie or Dubbiya or Obama conclude their speeches with "God Bless America," they are just a spoofing us? I got the distinct impression that Dubbiya had regular consultation with God...or at least that is what he said.

Ronnie was better than Trump at telling loons what they wanted to hear.

But I think boy genius GW was a true believer.
