Apropos then that this thread started with OP and ZiprHead (in post #7) mocking people who have difficult time attracting women as "incels" and "unfuckables".

"Incels" doesn't refer to "people who have difficult time attracting women", it refers to people who have difficult time attracting women and blame everyone but themselves, and also conclude that all of womanhood deserves to be punished for it.

Also apropos the SJWs attacking the Joker film,

Is that even a thing? My "SJW"- heavy bubble was full of praise for the film. And anyway, the theme the film challenges - that monsters are born monsters, good people born good people, bad people born bad, and there's nothing we can do about any of that - it's a deeply conservative one.

That's actually not an accurate representation of incels, if you are actually interested in, well, accurately describing a social phenomenon. They are quite self-critical. It's a large, sad group of people. A lot, probably most, just turn the hate inward and get this monomania about some aspect of their physicality or personality that essentially curses them to never be able to find someone. There's whole message boards where these guys basically take turns criticizing their own and other member's bodies - their chins, their shoulders, hands, height, etc. It's a deep, sad, self-reinforcing wormhole. It doesn't help that

Then there's a cohort which goes really off the deep end towards hating what they call "chads" and "stacys", basically, conventionally attractive people. That's another deep, dark wormhole. And that's where the violent ones probably spring out of.

If you are actually interested, I would suggest watching Contrapoints' video on the subject. She is a pretty popular transgender vlogger who makes some of the best content on youtube, IMO. Her opinion is definitely on the left/far-left. She is quite good at describing and cataloguing these sorts of social phenomena. I think the most interesting observation she makes is how similar some of the incel boards are to transgender boards where people write a lot of self-loathing stuff about how they will never be passing, and start getting really resentful to the transpeople who will be. It is an interesting connection to make. I think at least some incels have some form of dysmorphia.

The so-called “incel movement” is made up of young men who hate women for rejecting them sexually, and have been linked to at least 53 deaths in recent years. In 2018, a Toronto incel carried out an attack in Rodger’s name.
