The policy they reversed was 1 year old. While previous policy or rather law which allowed anonymous donation have been introduced during Bill Clinton in 1993. Nobody has tried to change it, not Bush, not Obama, not Bill Clinton himself. So one guy on his way out put some "we don't like this/that" in the document and next guy removes it. It's hardly a policy when it had no time to be applied.

Well, that's a new one.
Nothing to do with whether or not it's a good idea, or if anyone 'finally did something right.' No concerns about whether this makes abuse more or less likely. Or more or less likely to be caught.

Yes. Clinton had 8 years with this supposedly unethical law, then Bush 8 years then Obama had spent most of his two terms with it. Nobody has done anything to it. Now you going mad about it.
