CNN has not independently confirmed all of Wolff's assertions. But the broader portrait of a President surrounded by aides and advisers wary of his temperament has been borne out in conversations with officials over the past year.

So any individual can be a mental health specialist.

Speculation does not equal fact.
 
The quote I love -- Donald refers to himself as "a very stable genius"!!! You know, like how literate people usually self-define. Who you gonna believe, Donald or your lyin' eyes?

Nice theory. Problem is that you are not an English Literary Expert. I'm assuming you lack a masters degree in comparative essay?
Therefore, your reading of the article doesn't mean anything. As far as we know, you read a recipe for sponge cake and just misunderstood everything... Cause' you need to be an expert, apparently.
 
CNN is also reporting that he spends anywhere from 4 to 8 hours in front of the TV. And the barking republican dogs are saying - so that's still working. (eyeroll)
