Not buying that for a millisecond. The 2016 referendum was very close and Brexit became more unpopular as the details of what it would mean emerged over the last 3 years. If a Second Referendum were to be held today, I think Remain would win.

Any unpopularity of Corbyn himself is based on nonsensical lies - which you are far from alone in having swallowed hook, line, and sinker.

As far as our own election in 2020, the Democratic Party needs to take a long hard look at the Corbyn debacle and realize that whom they nominate as standard bearer will most definitely matter.
These slurs cannot be true - I know people who know Corbyn, and these people are not in a position to be unaware of such things if they were true. But we live in a post-truth society, in which impressions formed by media moguls are more important than facts.
