Dubke, 47, who had been tasked with helping to shape the president's message, only served at his administration post for about three months.

He resigned May 18 but offered to stay on in his post until the end of the president's first foreign trip, ABC News has learned.

Dubke is still coming into work, and his last day has not yet been set.

Well, this should solve the problems the Trump Administration has been having. Dubke made a serious mistake by talking to the Russian Ambassador/spy about setting up a secret line of communications with Moscow through the Russian embassy.

What is yet another unsurprising aspect of the Trump Admin is that the resignation allegedly came on May 18th and his actual quitting day isn't known yet.

That's the fun part about this administration. They think the problem isn't what they're doing, but how they're communicating their message. The smoothest talker around will look like a fool trying to defend the indefensible.

To be fair, how can one be a communications director when the orange one will go on twitter and undermine all the carefully crafted messaging a few hours later?
