The point this tweet (and Loren) are making is that the Israeli-Arab conflict gets much more attention than other conflicts where Muslims kill Muslims.
A single Palestinian killed in an Israeli air strike will get more news coverage in the West than 100 people getting killed in Syria.

Israeli air strikes that killed someone and didn't make the news (obviously, excluding situations where other Israeli air strikes made the news that day--if there are multiple strikes the smaller ones are likely not covered.)

There is no such thing as "The Palestinians" - they are not a monolithic group with one world view. Referring to "The Palestinians" is a telling as referring to "the Blacks" or "the Jews".

Palestinians refers to those who live in Gaza and the West Bank. They are united against Israel. They are not monolithic, more like split in two. Hamas and Fatah.

You are misinformed. "Palestinian" refers to Arabs who live in Gaza and who live in the West Bank, and former residents of Israel of Arabic descent wherever they live. Moreover, it is bigoted to refer to an ethnic group or a race or a nationality as "The" because it denotes that everyone in that group is the same.
