Yes, Virginia. There is voter fraud.

Why is it, that when we find the extremely small number of examples of voter fraud, it is virtually always a Republican doing it?

I'm confused. I thought it was liberals who poo poo'd voter fraud issues, hence their insistence that voter ID wasn't necessary. So, are you thinking that maybe we do need to have voter ID laws now?

How would a voter ID have prevented this?

Well, if we want to go all hard core on this issue, we can require all ballots be notarized. :p

My point is really just personal amusement at how voter fraud becomes an issue, depending on who's doing it. If there was a documented case of an illegal immigrant forging a ballot, and one of the conservatives on this forum, wrote an OP about it called, "Yes, Virginia there is voter fraud" I suspect liberals would be doing there best to dismiss it as a non-issue.

The point is the ones crying about voter fraud are the ones committing it.

The point is also that, “look! Voter fraud! oh. ONE case of it.” Not the election stealing we thought. Just one more case of Republican craven hypocrisy.

Requiring voter ID at this time would exclude more qualified voters than it would prevent unqualified voters.

Based on President Comments Section, that's one down, two million, nine hundred, ninety-nine thousand, nine-hundred, ninety-nine to go.
