Burkina Faso suspends BBC and Voice of America after they covered a report on mass killings
Burkina Faso has suspended the BBC and Voice of America radio stations for their coverage of a report by Human Rights Watch on a mass killing of civilians carried out by the country’s armed forces.

BBC and VOA got kicked out for telling the truth. It's not going to be a big deal to them to not be able to report from Burkina Faso so there was no strong incentive to lie. But the same thing would happen in any hotspot--and an inability to report from a location making the news would be important to them.
