How should west respond to potential (likely) Russian invasion of Ukraine?

in an interview with The Economist published Thursday, May 2. Macron in the interview doubled down on his comments from earlier this year
His latest comments come as some analysts believe that Russia could be on the verge of launching a major new offensive in Ukraine.
"I have a clear strategic objective: Russia cannot win in Ukraine," Macron said.
He suggested that Moscow's war machine was not sustainable over the long term. "Devoting a third of its budget to defense is not sustainable for a country whose gross domestic product is lower than that of France, Germany or the United Kingdom," he said.
Macron said Europe faced not just a military and security risk but also "an economic risk for our prosperity" and "an existential risk of internal incoherence and disruption to the functioning of our democracies." He added: "Things can fall apart very quickly."
Macron is a lame blowhard, nobody cares what he says anymore.
It's a good bet that Billy Bartsky aka Putin, takes Macron seriously. Russia got its ass beat, and continues to get its ass beat by an army that was supposed to fall before it in a matter of weeks. Imagine what France could do to what remains of Herve' Villechaizov's ragged forces.
Square that with the claim that Russia will take over the Europe if they win in Ukraine.

Ukro-regime has resorted to ordinary terrorism. They attacked a bunch of russian workers driving to pigs farm.

If Russia didn't have nukes, this war would've been over very quickly with a little assistance from NATO countries. The Russian military is an incompetent paper tiger that's gotten its ass kicked by what, on paper at least, should've been a relatively quick win. But now Putin's gotten himself into this mess with no way to back out without looking like an even bigger fool than he already does. Two+ years on and Russia still occupies less than 20% of Ukraine and have lost over 50% of their initial gains.

Fucking clowns.

Again, were it not for nukes, Russia would've been sent packing a year and half ago.
Agreed. Russia's claim to being a superpower has certainly evaporated.

Despite Ukraine's current difficulties, Russia has not even managed to completely conquer the provinces it claims to have annexed, and is advancing at a snail's speed.

Today (May 2 2024) vis a 10 years anniversary of Odessa May 2 massacre, organized by ukro-nazi regime.
The only country in the world, except for Israel, with a Jewish president, is a Nazi regime? Yikes...

Lulz! Babs is reduced to insane babbling (as if you didn’t notice) since his previous fabrications don’t hold up.
It’s kinda sad/pitiful IMHO.

Apparently there is a single street in Kiev that is named after a Nazi collaborator who died in 1947. Therefore: it’s legit to invade Ukraine.

It's not looking good for Russia in the South Caucasus either. Protests are growing in Georgia. Russian troops are out of Azerbaijan. Armenia is looking to the west. All this while Ukraine is being reequipped for the long haul. Happy inauguration day Vlad.
Wow, you really messed up the shit here.
1. There were no troops in Azerbaijan.
2. Armenia can do whatever they want, unlike you, we respect their sovereignty.
3. Same with Georgia. You are trying to overthrow their democratically elected government and so far you are failing.
It's not looking good for YOU. They are going to kick all american scam out of their country.

Little Napoleon regime in France had to walk back his proclamations about Foreign Legion in Ukraine.
Same with Lord Cameron. His article with threats toward Russia was put down as if it never existed.

Oh yea! Russians always have great respect for the sovereignty of other countries!

Yes, we certainly do.
