The pardon of Zhao, widely known as CZ, came two months after The Wall Street Journal reported that the Trump family's own crypto venture, which has generated about $4.5 billion since the 2024 election, has been helped by "a partnership with an under-the-radar trading platform quietly administered by Binance."
The corruption is right out there in the open.
Isn't it funny that Trump makes crazy claims like that liberal groups fund terrorism but he pardons a business pal whose company "allowed people in sanctioned countries and terrorist groups like Hamas, Al Qaeda and the Islamic State to move money on his platform."
The Trump family has already grifted many many billions during the first year of Trump-47, probably more than the many billions that they grifted during the entirety of Trump-45.
Of course this corruption is almost the very least of the complaints. If there were a way to offer Trump $20 billion to resign and turn the POTUS job over to the right-winger Marco Rubio,
this would be a great bargain for the nation! (Obviously Rubio is far from my top choice, but I try to phrase an offer that sensible GOPsters might tolerate. Even Vance would be better than the Orange Psychopath but it would make me sick to offer him as the alternative.)
Upthread there was some joy about recent polls. I'm afraid optimists ignore the stupidity of MAGGOTs and the idea that "Biden would have been even worse." Nate Silver shows only two recent polls of Likely Voters:

10/16 - 10/22, 2025 Rasmussen Reports 1,500 LV Approve 48% Disapprove 51%
These are the best numbers seen since July 22, and it's delightful to see even Rasmussen report 51-48 in favor of sanity. But this is hardly the sort of landslide needed to overthrow a fascist tyranny.
We look in vain for MAGGOTs turning against fascism. Dinesh D'Souza, a hard-core MAGGOT racist, has come out against anti-Indian racism. That hardly counts. MTG is feigning worry over the health-care of her white-skinned constituents; but we already knew she had a 95+ IQ: how else could she concoct the Jewish space laser fantasy?

Just as the "Brownshirts" were not an official organ of the German government, so it is not necessary for ICE or other criminals reporting directly to fascist leaders to perform the violence. Trump and other top fascists sit back laughing while crazed MAGGOTs do the violence. Consider all the jokes made by Fox Liars, MAGA leaders and even the Trump family about the bludgeoning of Paul Pelosi. Jokes. Failing to call these thugs "fascists" can make sense only if you're looking for a stronger word.
