His humor, at least what I've seen previously, seems based on outrageous behavior. Like MTv's Jackass program, it's base and crude humor. Watching someone get hit it the nuts may be funny but it doesn't take a lot of effort and intelligence.
That said, his new program may be a cut above that sort of thing.
