After Amnesty - effected immigrants $3,000 cheaper for employers?

This is the link from the Washington Times, which normally I am not too fond of. However, because of the alliances of many other media outlets I will hear them out about this story. I trust the NYT or WaPo or the Guardian (UK) even less to be even handed - and I generally like their reporting.
