Anti-trans bigots freak out as Target announces bathroom policy it already had

The word you will see is "reiterated." People who automatically connect gender fluidity and sex reassignment to child molestation and rape might not have the greatest vocabulary. Allow us to help: Reiterate is just a fancy way of saying "say again."

Target isn't changing anything. This policy was in place on Saturday, when anti-transgender bigots were shopping there and using the bathroom facilities without incident. Only, they had no way of knowing they were shopping or urinating in the very same building as one of ... those people.

I know of no business that cares about transgender bathroom habits here. Poop in peace people!

You know, I haven't seen a man's dick in the men's room in fifteen years. And that was in a military venue with communal showers at the gym. I don't think I've EVER seen genitals in a public (non-military) restroom unless they were mine or someone I was potty-training.

I just don't see the issue. The person in the next stall could be male, female, hermaphrodite or a genderless robot for all I know. Or care. I'm going to ignore the noises and smells coming from the stall and avoid making eye contact between the stalls and the sinks.

But I do appreciate all the bigots going out of their way to make sure the bathroom lines are shorter at the places I shop. I do like that.

It's their property it's their rules. More power to them, and may the protestors miss all the bargains.

The only thing I don't like about the whole trans issue is the giant blind spot.
