Except that when things swing in particular ways: the Net Neutrality decision delivered by Trump's appointee came with preexisting help within the FCC. They got to do it because they had already infiltrated. Trump just exposed the faction chomping at that bit to engage in corruption.

Similarly, we see corrupt actions taking g place all across the board... And a sweating, fevered attempt at blocking oversight of a majority of our government, and a supermajority of people involved in just that ONE scam, to include a bunch of Democrats. Or that Russia is controlling more than half of the Republican party. Or that defense contractors and investment firms *own* the Democrats.
