Dr. Sam Beckett Authors Opinion with Liberal Justices - finds in Tribe favor in Oklahmoa!

So in McDirt v Oklahoma we saw something different. CJ Roberts wasn't in the majority... which can only mean that Dr. Sam Beckett leaped into Justice Gorsuch to fix the wrong into a right. SCOTUS reversed the Appeals Court ruling.

It seems unfortunate that we needed an alleged sex offender to get there, but it seems sometimes that is what it takes.

I think Gorsuch has been a better Justice than many of us on the left would have ever thought, given how he got to the SCOTUS.

Mostly, though, I just wanted to acknowledge the Quantum Leap reference.
