The Heritage Foundation compiled a database of voter fraud convictions

Of those that have a stated party preference, the majority are Republicans.

Duh!

It doesn't seem easy to tell the difference between registration fraud and vote fraud on that list, though--when I see "vote" fraud cases from Democrats they often seem to be fake registrations by people who are paid per voter they manage to register. There's no intention to vote the bogus registrations, it's an economic crime.
