It's a very weird, disjointed movie.

Watch Foxfur, the Psychotronic film by Damon Packard | Fandor
A mentally unbalanced, oversensitive young girl obsessed with Billy Meier, the Pleiadians, crystals, dolphins, Richard C. Hoagland, David Icke and all manner of new age-isms rarely leaves her room due to her ability to see "the dead zone," a living sentient energy which is the materialization of a time not meant to exist. When she is finally evicted after a shocking visit to the Bodhi Tree Bookstore (where David Icke is found working at the register after his reported disappearance) she wildly murders her landlady, ends up homeless and transforms into a female Robin Hood after donning a new set of donated wardrobe. She finds herself in Malibu Creek State Park in the year 1982 after a violent bus crash with Richard Hoagland and embarks on adventures beyond description.

Although, a large section of that half includes the film’s biggest non sequitur, an absolutely hilarious sequence in which Khris runs afoul of know-nothing employees at big box retail stores.
FOXFUR – a new DAMON PACKARD film | . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Foxfur takes place in current day Los Angeles and features the main character, Foxfur, a young woman seemingly caught in between alternate realities, eventually learning that the world ended in 1982.

But first there’s a manic rush to get to a new age bookstore to find some answers regarding rumors about the fate of real life UFO heavyweight Billy Meier and alien conspiracy theorist Richard Hoagland.
David Icke and Bob Lazar also figure in this film. Billy Meier is a UFO contactee, someone who claims that he has had close encounters of the friendly kind with extraterrestrial visitors. Like some other contactees, this includes riding in their vehicles.

The ending is a total departure from the disjointed, on-the-run quality of the rest of the film. Foxfur ends up in a nice garden estate on planet Erra, homeworld of Billy Meier contact Semjase, orbiting a star a little beyond the Pleiades from the Earth. Semjase herself also shows up, wearing a white oversized shirt, white pants, a studded metal belt, a teardrop jeweled pendant, what look like sandals. Though Semjase does much of the talking, explaining what is going on, she is very friendly, and the scene has a very calm sort of vibe.

There is someone else there, another blond woman in a white shirt, but she is wearing different pendants, but we don't see much of her.
