It was revealed Thursday that the FBI and federal prosecutors were looking into whether Rudy Giuliani’s finances were tied to the two Soviet-born business associates that were indicted.

By Friday, it became official that Giuliani was part of a criminal investigation, ABC reports.

Is Rudy still Trump's attorney?

“Well, I don’t know,” Trump said. “I haven’t spoken to Rudy. I spoke to him yesterday briefly. He’s a very good attorney and he has been my attorney, yeah, sure.”

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Former Republican Rep. Pete Sessions' climb back into Congress was already off to a rough start, with some in his own party suggesting he was carpetbagging by leaving the Dallas district he lost last fall to try to get elected in a far more rural and politically safe one.

Now he may have bigger problems: a federal indictment that appears to link him to a campaign finance scheme and the Ukraine scandal at the heart of the impeachment investigation.

The swamp may claim another victim.

This just in from MSNBC. Pete Sessions has now been subpoenaed. And Da Rudy is now telling one and all he will not honor subpoenas. SDNY is now investigating many other activities involving Rudy. A Grand Jury is underway.

Rudy is rejecting the subpoena - and will not be providing documents. Isn't this contempt of Congress?

When one is dealing with a Grand Jury, it might be far more risky. Sitting in a cell is not a pleasant lifestyle. Judges have a tendency to be rather humorless about such arrogant defiance. FBI raids tend to not be fun either.

Giuliani might be overlooking one thing... unlike those serving in the Trump Admin... Giuliani isn't... and the extreme latitude provided the Executive Branch doesn't umbrella over him, regardless if he was working a shadow State Dept in Ukraine.

Maybe Trump will offer Shadow Executive Privilege?

Does that include a never ending access to bed sheets?

What's really funny is that these guys had a company called Fraud Guarantee, where you could have your money protected from swindlers. That's like buying into Foxy McFoxerson's Totally Secure Chicken Coops, where you never need to worry about foxes breaking in and eating your extremely delicious chickens.

Odd how they keep showing up at airports.

 Thought you were joking. I mean, you had to be joking. No one would open a business called...

If we don't commit a felony to protect your interests, you get your money back. That is Rudy's guarantee!

Meanwhile shares of Fraud Guarantee were up 5% today after the disclosure that they were looking at merging with Laundering Experts, after their own merger talks with Second Degree Felony Investments had fallen through.

Yeah, isn't that like the first thing the movie feds always do? "Quick, station a man at the airport!"
Never at train stations. Should have taken the Amtrak to Canada and then flee'd. Of course, it'd take days on the train to flee to Canada and these guys don't look like people that would handle coach very well.
