IMHO, Robert Redford did not age well. Got too wrinkly, too early. All that skiing and outdoor exposure, etc did it I think. Harrison Ford, Denzel Washington and Samuel L. Jackson aged very well. Saw a picture of SLJ the other day when he was a very young adult, and he just looked very goofy and nerdy. He looks better now than 40+ years ago. Michael Keaton...meh. Neither especially good nor excessively aged. What you might expect.

Every time I see her, I think that Helen Mirren has worn quite well. She's 72.

The one which keeps surprising me is Liz Warren, though. The phrase that keeps rolling through my head is the flip of the one which drove me to anger years ago, "I'd vote for her, she's HOT." She's 68.

I happened to catch Last Vegas on the teewee the other day. Michael Douglas, Kevin Kline, and Mary Steenburgen are all still looking good.

Our ex-governor isn't quite sixty yet but she's still pretty damn good looking.
