Okay, so, i know the PLAN was that he'd get the ballot....and he'd tell, um, someone...that he'd committed a felony and hadn't gotten caught.
And thought he'd be hailed as a hero. For saving democracy.
But, what was the plan for failure? Was thrre the slightest possibility in his Florida mind that they might not send him a ballot?
If not, he wasn't 'testing' the system. He was convinced he was exposing the system
Now, i just wanna know how he gets along with the others on the 'Group W bench.' People locked up for (and losing their voting rights for)
– Possession of drugs such as cocaine, oxycodone or a 20-gram surplus of marijuana
– Theft of an unoccupied vehicle
– Aggravated assault
– Battery
– Resisting an officer by way of violence
– Driving under the influence of alcohol or other substances
- Aggravated assault with a firearm
Or are they gonna tell the judge 'I was just testing the system'?
Test and battery?
Testing under the influence?
Possession of testing substances?
Ppssession of an excess of 20-tests of weed?
