I'm sure some of you have tried these Harvard Implicit Tests before. I always enjoy taking them now and again. They are not perfect, of course, but they can provide interesting feedback.
Just now, I completed one on gender and apparently, aren't I wonderful, I associate the 'softer' qualities (support, empathy, assistance, etc) and the 'hard' ones (leadership, control, etc) equally with men and women.
Here is the website for any of you that want to take a test, on gender, or race, or whatever, and if you like you can report back, whether to confess or shamelessly brag, as I have done.
